At Breakwater Metaland, we offer convenient in-store pickup

Here’s what you need to know

  1. Place Your Order: You can place your order online or by calling our store directly. Make sure to select the “In-Store Pickup” option during checkout.
  2. Ready for Pickup: Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you by email or phone. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to pick up your items.
  3. Pickup Location: Collect your order at our store located at 44-46 Leather St, Breakwater VIC. Please have your order confirmation and a valid ID with you when you arrive.

What to Bring

Order Confirmation: Show the email or SMS confirming that your order is ready for pickup.

Photo ID: A valid photo ID that matches the name on the order.

Terms & Conditions

Order Processing
Orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the availability of items.

Storage
Orders will be held for 7 days from the time of notification. After this period, uncollected items may be subject to restocking fees or order cancellation.

For large or heavy items, please ensure you have a suitable vehicle to transport them.
