Description
Crommelin Blackseal Heavy Duty is a high-performance bitumen-based waterproofing membrane designed for below-ground and non-UV exposed applications. Engineered with a synthetic rubber co-polymer blend, this membrane delivers exceptional flexibility, strength, and long-term water resistance, even in permanently wet conditions.
Ideal for use behind retaining walls, in planter boxes, on metal surfaces, and other sub-grade areas, Blackseal is easy to apply with a brush or roller and adheres to a wide range of substrates including concrete, masonry, steel, timber, and cement sheeting. It resists root penetration, saline attack, mould, and bacteria, making it a reliable choice for demanding environments.
Please note: This product is not suitable for UV-exposed areas and cannot be painted, tiled over, or over-coated. For UV-stable applications, refer to Crommelin Contractor Grade Bitumen Paint.
